Digha food, sight-seeing and shopping options
We stayed at Jowar, a resort of West Bengal fisheries, where always the fish items are very good. This time also the fish- hilsa, pomfret, rohu and prawns were fresh & tasty, though food quality not as good as last visit 3 years back. No place to shop (thank God) except three shops selling seashell artefacts. One evening we went for 14 K.M drive to Digha, awfully crowded and polluted.

Hotel Review of Palm Resort, The
Comments: The resort is so far good, but surely the best in digha. May be a little far (1Km) from the beach, but its good to stay a little away from the madding crowd. Spa and massage facility is not avaiable now.
Best Experience: The rooms are new and are well mantained.
Worst Experience: No such incidence to be mentioned.
