Doddamkkali

Doddamakali Camp is situated 6km upstream from Bheemeshwari and is a rugged, isolated and primitive destination, becoming, automatically, an ideal getaway for those who long to get away from the city but are yet looking for some thrill and adventure. This camp site is also an ideal locale for corporate team building and out outdoor exercises, with its tucked away quality making it the preferred location for corporate houses to carry out their off-sites and outdoor trainings and because of the availability of many activities at the camp site which aid in and promote team-building.

The Camp has 10 luxurious tented cottages with attached bath and since there is no electricity there, they provide a few solar lamps, which only go to add further to the closer to nature experience that the place chooses to emulate.

The Camp is used exclusively as a corporate training centre. The Camp offers excellent varieties for outdoor activities such as treks, games and exercises. For those interested in trying a hand at fishing for the first time, the guides lend a helping hand.

Tucked away from most of civilization, the Camp also makes for a quaint, isolated getaway from the bustle of a city.

Bheemeswari Day trip - need some info
Hi, Plan to make a day trip to Bheemeshwari one of the coming sundays (probably 6th of July). Idea is to take my 5 year old son out and give him some experience of nature (instead of being couped up in the city)! I need some info regarding the place: - What are the activities one can look at for a day trip - plan to leave around 8am and be back by 5pm. - Can one indulge in activities like fishing, coracle rides, etc independent of the JLR camps, i.e., are there any other operators there for these kind of activities? - Again, for lunch/snacks, etc does one have to depend on JLR? If so, do we have to inform them in advance? Will appreciate any info on the above. Cheers,
