The stay over here was good nothing to decorate it that way. I could say the location of the hotel was easy to find. Hotel has got nice rooms and clean bathrooms with ask the necessity facilities to fulfill your needs. The food was good with variety of food to choose from. The welcome drink served was good to make feel like you are at home. The package that I had booked for was worth all the services, facilities and food arranged for me during my stay over the. It was really the value for money. Definitely would recommend other travels as well.
This is an ok place to stay at, quite expensive since there are cheaper accommodations available at Palolem but the rooms were clean but the service was a little slow but the food was good so worth the wait.
Location was great, clean and beautiful. While booking online I clearly saw that check in- 8.30am and check out 12.00pm but all of a sudden the lady from the reception comes and says we need to check out before 12.00pm, I had to explain the entire rules and regulation to her. Then she goes back to her manager whom you can hardly find at the hotel and she agrees to what I say. It is a self serviced hotel but still we had no option but asking for an ash tray, we never got it. Staffs at the reception came back saying we had to vacate the room by 10.30 even after explaining so much. Finally we were all set to leave and asked the guys at the reception to arrange for a cab where we thought it would cost us around 1000bugs but it was 200 more so we agreed. Reaching the airport the cab driver says “its AC cab so the charge would be 1600rs”, nobody in the reception informed me. I had to argue and gave him 1200rs. However with all these experiences also my trip was good. This was a basic hotel with some basic amenities.
