We stayed for a night in the hotel. The hotel was not in the city. The surrounding of the hotel was good. The interior and exterior appearance of the hotel was okay. I will surely recommend this hotel to other tourist. I will suggest that they should have a swimming pool in the hotel.
Booking was done by me. Welcome drink was given by them. Interior of the hotel was average. Breakfast was complimentary there. Taste and quality wise, it was okay. Staff was cooperative with us. Only games room was there in which you can play indoor games. No arrangement of sightseeing trip was there. Money wise, it was costly according to me. Weather was very good there otherwise, it was not that good. Parking facility was there. Nainital as a destination is average. Location of the resort was excellent. The hotel is recommendable to others. Sightseeing was arranged.
I was there with my friends for college IV and the hotel was decided by our college. It is clearly not the hotel to visit during winter Why:. 1. They charge extra for heater and to be honest hair dryer was giving better heat. 2. Rooms with lake view don't have that awesome view and lake facing rooms get extremely cold at night. 3. Service was not that great, issues of hot bathing water in the morning Not a great hotel, location if you are visiting Nainital city, travelling time increases. Food was good, but only paneer and similar dishes, no varieties. Area surrounding the hotel is awesome, also the rumors of ghosts in nearby location made it interesting. Many activities in the hotel like gym, table tennis, pool table to name a few Overall, not that bad hotel, I guess due to winter and large group made it a bad experience for me. But try to go for other hotels near Nainital. If you want to stay at this hotel, then don't opt for lake view room, specially during winter and don't get the heater, it is of no use.
