Pleasant location with very good amenities. Situated in the middle of coffee estates, this is a must place to visit. Awesome weather and mesmerising view. You feel lost in nature. There are a lot of indoor and outdoor games, camp fire and DJ dance night, organised specially for our group, upon request.

Food was delicious. Staff were courteous. Trekking and sightseeing was good. One thing I want to tell travelmates is that be careful regarding leech in the forest while trekking. My kids enjoyed well while boating.

If you require aloof place, where there is no disturbance ,this place is good. Suitable for important decision making like major business decision, life decision. Food is average with limited menu, rooms was neat (like 2 star hotels). Good for trekking lovers. Only for above 2 above mentioned reason you can prefer and not for family entertainment.

We had been to Eagle Eye for our honeymoon; and our honeymoon was made special by our host. The location was absolutely beautiful. The scenery was just breath taking. The food was simple, yet delicious. The pricing of the food was also reasonable. And most importantly the hospitality was simply amazing. The best part about Eagle Eye was that we never felt like we were guests more like family. The owner, Mr. Monis, welcomed us personally, and when we left he even gave us a few complimentary assortments from his orchard/estate. The home-made wine is worth trying, and so is the Ayurvedic massage. In-fact, all the programs and activities planned are very interesting, a welcome change from daily routine. The only thing I would do differently the next time around would be that I'd stay for a longer duration of time.

We went there to stay for a weekend and our experience was very good. Go without any expectation and you'll definitely have a great stay over there. Except food everything was good. The activities will be fun. A nice place to visit as a team/group.

Pros : 1.Nice Ambience
2.Good Service

Cons: 1.Moderate Food

When we arrived at Eagle Eye Holiday Resort we were met by a surly receptionist who guided us to a " villa " which we could reach because of the steep climb involved.
So we asked for alternate rooms and we were told there were no other rooms available. After more than an hour of waiting we were told that 2 rooms were available for only 1 night and we have to vacate it the next day.The rooms were "cottages" with a thatched roof. A cowshed would be a more appropriate term for it.
When we went for dinner to a canteen (dining room would be too nice a word for it ) there was a horrible buffet dinner waiting for us.

The next day dirty black water came gushing out of the taps.

We had to vacate the cowsheds and all of us were accomodated in a single large room.

After 2 horrible days we were happy to leave the Eagle Eye.

Overpriced , pathetic service , tasteless food to mention few things about this resort. I will not go there again and would not recommend this to anyone unless there is some improvement in their attitude towards customers. The rooms were in very bad condition and in the cottages it will seem as if you are getting chocked up. They really have to look into maintenance since the location is the only plus point there. I guess homestays are the best budget accommodations after all.
