"Experience with the hotel was very bad"

Overall experience with the hotel was very bad. God cockroaches in omelet. When reported to manager, we were surprised at his answer ,\" Sir it happens, You take another one.\" After this, we left the hotel same day.

"Had a great honeymoon trip here "

Hotel was really neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. It was in the Munar town, so all the requirements are nearby. Good room ambience.

Fine & memorable experience. Room Service and Housekipping service was fine & Food quality was best & tasty. We recomend this Hotel.

Best Experience: Food Quality was the best

Worst Experience: Bath Rooms renovation is neccessary

very neat, clean and well managed hotel. We did not have any inconvenience during our 3 days stay at Eastend. The hotel is located in the midst of the local market which allows you access to local food, shopping etc.

"lovely location & decent service...."

lovely location & decent service. the mist in the early morning & late evenings actually gave us company.. that made the stay even more memorable.

Best Experience: great value for money place. Food wise too it was fine.

About Edassery East End

Set in a landscaped garden, Edassery Eastend offer double rooms, deluxe rooms, suites and independent cottages. The hotel is close to places of tourist interests like Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Lake and Pothenmedu View Point. A tea plantation visit is another option. The peak season is October to March.

Rooms & Amenities

Eastend has 43 non-AC rooms with satellite TV, telephone and heated bathroom floors. The 2 restaurants serve multi-cuisine food and alcohol and there is a coffee shop as well. They offer ayurvedic massages and indoor games. Other facilities include baby-sitting, internet, fax and travel desk. Conference facilities are also offered. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
