Either the management should concentrate on running the hotel or managing the wedding halls in the premises.

Best Experience: The jovial front office staff

Worst Experience: The attached restaurant serves no purpose in the hotel other than catering for the wedding buffet. Had to have meals outside.

We had a pleasant experience; as well this location is nearby to temple. The only drawback is the checkout time, which is 12 to 2 pm, irrespective of the time you checked in. When we travel from Chennai, mostly all would be reaching only in the early hours of morning and checking out at 12 noon is non-realistic. This they should amend to 24 hours of checking in.

i have booked over phone and gave instructions about my arrival. Car was ready to pick our family at Trichur and the hotel management sent SMS regarding vehicle type, name , drivers name and his mobile No. good professional approach.Room well maintained and good house keeping, food very decent.

Best Experience: prompt pick up and drop from rly.station/air port, courtesy and good food and man management

the appearance of the hotel was good. the check in procedure went on smoothly. the staff and service was great. the staff were really friendly and cared for their guests a lot. the rooms were comfortable with nice beds.

Rugmini regency is a budget hotel. the hotel is located near to the temple itself which makes it more convinient to visit the temple. the staff and the service was good. had a good stay.
