"It was a pleasant experience"

I had one night stay at Eldorado in its deluxe room in Kolkata and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and the attached washroom was also good. Overall it is a good option to choose and good location. More

"Rooms can improve"

Horrible, the room was not clean. I had no option but to stay there for a day.

Best Experience: It was a bad experience

Worst Experience: Bathroom was not cleaned
