I have pre booked 2 AC rooms at this hotel by looking at the reviews and overlooked few reviews as there was no other / better alternative available. And I experienced the same set of problems...spent night with COCKROACHES, AC's doesnt work, even... More

we visited in summer season and booked AC suite. No AC's r properly working .ofcourse due to humidity and summer season this might have occurred but they should take high capacity split ACs. overall is Ok.

this is very good hotel in this hotel every room internet facility all rooms are good facility, in this hotel they are good & nice suite rooms in every suite room there is water tub

Room was not clean at all.. you will find insects, every where in the AC room. Water does not come on time in toilet. Toilet amenities are in very poor condition. Room service guys takes 300% more money for food, water and tea charges as do not... More
