Resort was good except room service and some responses. Overall enjoyed but check in and check out timing and service was bad

We had an amazing time in the resort. Everything was well taken care of. It is a perfect place for adventure lovers. We were staying in a Bamboo cottage and it was like living in the wild. We had no issues with anything.
