Excellent! Right from the reception personnel to the watchmen it was a warm & courteous experience.

Best Experience: We had asked for rooms in the new wing but a large group had been allotted 10 rooms which would put us to some inconvinience due to noise, children running & shouting etc. So they up graded us to 2 suites at no extra cost. We were 2 families with 1 child of 12 each & the package included breakfast & one meal. They offered us the meals (on all days) from the A La Carte menu & not the fixed meal. Secondly, we had one person who had Jain food & they took pains to prepare something seperate for him both for breakfast & dinner. The watchman used to clean the car every morning. The people maintaining the stables gave alot of information about the horses they had to the children. Took them for horse riding. Allowed them to play with the horses too.

Worst Experience: None at all.
