Santana Beach Resort Reviews

Excellent Hotel with great location just next to Candolim beach. We really enjoyed our Vacation at Santana Beach resort. The resort is very good and most importantly maintained nicely. The staff there is also very good and helping in nature. If you talk about the improvement then they need to add more choices in the breakfast. Over all I will give 9 out of 10 to this resort.

Santana Beach Resort is a treat for the senses. The more we talk about our awesome experience at Santana, the more we want to go back and experience it once again. Even in the off-season of August 2011, Santana and it's spectacular crew was able to blow our mind when other resorts were not completely functional in Candolim area. The sea is right next to the resort, meaning you have to walk 3-4 minutes to hear the crashing waves. The indoor pool and poolside bar were well maintained and we ended up spending a lot of time there. The interiors are very tastefully designed and really makes the guest feel completely at home. Highly recommended to all fellow travelers!

Best Experience: Everything was best. It's hard to find out where to begin. I have had the best experience at this resort and it's still warm in my memories. The staff were well trained and well mannered, the location was mesmerizing, the cottages were authentically designed, the interiors were very cozy and inviting. We didn't dine at the restaurant as we had other plans, but I am sure that food at this place will also be of high quality.

Worst Experience: I am generally very finicky in nature, but the Santana experience was really out of this world. Anybody would need an electron microscope to find faults with this place! And I am not getting paid for writing all this, still I would say - Santana, you get a 10 out of 10 from me!

We enjoyed the stay and very good attention paid by the staff. The best part is this resort is very Greenish and nearest to the beach front.

Best Experience: Ambience and the safe swimming pool

Worst Experience: Transport arrangments and the Taxi drivers. Guidance by the staff at reception in terms of South & North is horrible.

It was very nice resort. It is stone throw far from beach and main road. Rooms are very specious well ventilated ,clean and convenient. We can enjoy the view from the room and also feel good to take tea with lovely wife in balcony of the room. swimming pools are clean, well equipped with minibar and good arrangement of sun bath. Food was delicious and attending staff was very nice, carrying and loving. I preferred to visit this resort again and again.

Best Experience: I have handicapped child even though i enjoyed a lot with the help of attending staff. Goa is popular for its beach and the location of the resort is very near to beach and I enjoyed a lot with my family. it was unforgettable memories.

Worst Experience: we don't have any worst experience.

Big relief to check in at a very homely resort after an escape drive from a miserable South Goa resort. Prompt service at the check in counter helped us to drop our bags in our room and run to the pool side bar for chilled beers. Clean and well maintained winding pathways inside the resort is a pleasure to walk around in the shadow of green trees. Reasonably good pool with the bar is a place for all to relax with music. Calamari Beach Shack is at a stone's throw away from this resort where in you can enjoy excellent food with live band playing in the afternoons. Rooms are more like self contained apartments and you may not expect nothing more for the price you pay.

Best Experience: Enjoyed the food and drinks. True Goan treat.

Worst Experience: Take care not to park your cars in the by lane road that leads to the resort as you might be encroaching upon the unmarked parking area of local taxi owners. Some of those thugs can damage your car by deep scratches on the body of the car or even leave the car with flat tires.
