Excellent Stay!!! Enjoyed as much as possible... And breakfast with the view to Lake is awesome!!!

Our stay at Punnamada resort was an awesome experirence. The lake view resort with its ethnic style ineriors and the ambience was excellent. The staff is extremely courteous and prompt. Service is commendable.

Best Experience: The highlight of our stay was the stay on the houseboat. The staff on the houseboat made it even more joyous experience with their courtesy and the arrangement of fresh sea food on the deck.

Worst Experience: none

Lovely resort and fantastic houseboat stay but I wish staff was more professional.Food ordinary.Restaurant staff untrained and was totally flustered when many people came for the breakfast at same time.

Best Experience: Stay in houseboat. What an experience.! Particularly night (with lanterns) and early mornings on houseboat made one feel serene,peaceful,spiritual. No T.V., No music just sound of swish of fishermen\'s boats passing through and some night birds floating on the backwaters. One can feel de-stressed with the experience.

Worst Experience: They should adjust their 24 hours.Package include one day/night stay on houseboat. Houseboat timings start at 1.00 and end at 9.00. But as their hotel\'s 24 hours are 12 to 12 they made us vacate our room at around 10(or 11.I do not clearly remember now) and we were made to wait on a stationery houseboat.On return also same story. You are supposed to wait till 12 in their restaurant or lounge till the room occupants leave. Their room charges are for 24 hours but you do not get your room for 24 hours. I think this is cheating the paying public where you do not get your money\'s worth.This adjustment of hours should have been properly spelt out in their package. We pointed it out to them but they were in no mood to listen and were rude and unconcerned. They do not find anything wrong with their policy. But in the long run this kind of \"who cares\" attitude can be their nemesis.

Best Experience: best of food, excellent swimming pool, house boat and waking up in the morning on a lake was simply astounding experience, excellent room with semi-open-air bath-toilet with garden, i\'ve never loo\'ed under the sky until this we voted for Munnar

Worst Experience: a bar was badly missed

excellent location far from the crowd and noise. can improve on food and service and front desk support.
