Excellent for Appearance, Very Good for Activities.rooms, staff, food location --- great, will surely go back whenever possible

Worst Experience: last patch of road to the hotel was horrible

"Dream perfect" destination & "Picture perfect" property! If one needs to learn about hospitality, learn it from each member working at "Orange County". It is just amazing how each one of them is so motivated that every guest feels s/he is on Cloud 9, when at Orange County.

Best Experience: The overall experience was a highlight of our holiday. 1. But to name a few, the Relationship Manager who was attached with us stayed in touch with us for our driving journey from Mysore to Coorg ensuring that we are on schedule and have not lost our way at any point in time. She knew exactly when we were arriving at Orange County. 2. When you walk around Orange County, each and every staff member wishes you with a warm smile, whether or not s/he knows what room type you are staying in. We wondered how with such a huge property to upkeep, can they stay so inspired & motivated. Hats off to the management & the employees!! Cheers!!

Worst Experience: None at all.

The personal touch starts right from the time you are in the vehicle approaching the resort and ends only when you board your car at the end of a highly relaxing holiday. The staff are extra hospitable at every stage. The staff at all the restaurants are eager to prepare any dish of your choice even if is not in the menu! If there were to be a rating higher than 'excellent', I would not have hesitated to go for that.

Best Experience: We will always carry the lovely memories of Orange County- the wonderful place, breath-taking plantation, lovely people and caring staff!

If not to see the destination travelers should at least plan the vacation here just to take up the stay at the resort .This resort provides everything that the tourists would expect to have or want in their luxurious stay . Very peaceful and nice place .

Best Experience: good staffs , tranquil surroundings and the stay was worth it .

Beautiful resort , they do extremely well in all the above mentioned parameters . The activities of this resort very attractive and interesting .In short this resort is an beautiful add on to a beautiful destination.
