Best Experience: the lobby area and the greenery is very good and the swmimming pool is very big for all types of guests. The spa facility is quite nice with some unique packages like Cleopetras\' milk bath treatment.
Worst Experience: pathetic service, pathetic food & poor maintainence of rooms and bathroom.

Best Experience: The tranqulity, quietness and ambience. Friendly restuarant & poolside staff.
Worst Experience: Dealing with front office. I had a couple of concern with package inclusions and I had to voice every time to get of each of those. For instance, the 30 mins massage and Sauna was part of package but when we went to the spa , it was told its not part of it . Once I showed the details of the package we were given the same, after embarrasing 10 mins. Welcome drink part of package not given. Escalated it to both front office and their manager Suresh, both promised they would get back but never got any response. Left my business card at the reception at the time of check-out and request Suresh to call back, still awaiting. Just imagine if the manager is such irresponsible arrogance from rest of the staff is best not mentioned. Suggestion, be sure that you clarify all package and cost details at the time of check-in before you feel sad about the experience having paid so much.

"The most impertinent and discourteous..."

Best Experience: A disillusion.
Worst Experience: Food was decided by the Chef, very ordinary and bland food not matching their standard. The hotel staff would never budge to satisfy the guest. Shaded areas are very limited. To have team building activities in the open areas without shade, was absolutely difficult. Extra beds though requested at the time of check-in were not provided until 12am midnight. The SPA itself is not a very pleasant experience. Too many inexperienced people working out there. The best to quote would be ,when a staff working there was asked where is the coffee shop or the restaurant, he said \'I don\'t know\' and walked off. The Guest Relations Officer is a novice in guest relations and cannot cater to the needs of big group from a company or even go out of the way to satisfy a single guest. The staff is the least pro-active. The entire experience is like a treasure hunt, with mirages. Once bitten, twice shy !!!
