Suggested Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Kotawde village and check-in at the home-stay. After some relaxation, refreshments, and tea, head to the Aare-Waare beach. Bask in the harmony of the hues of the setting sun and music of the roaring Arabian waters. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner with an unlimited supply of ‘ukadiche modak’.
Day 2
Welcome the morning by pampering yourself to some natural fish pedicure. After breakfast, set out to Bondre’s Organic Farm at Devghar village. Be a farmer for the day by participating in organic farming and enjoy the hide ‘n’ seek that the sun plays in parts between the dense forest. The swimmer in you might want to dive into the Baav River. Perfect the day with lunch followed by an afternoon siesta on a ‘machaan’ entirely made using natural material. Bury yourself in to a good book or busy yourself in a game of UNO or scrabble! Return to the home-stay for dinner.
Day 3
Wake up to the call of birds, and thank them for a beautiful day on a trail around the home-stay. Please your tummies to a yummy breakfast and relax in the leisurely morning. Ask for cycles to explore nearby areas. Depart to Ratnagiri for a delectable lunch and a wholesome treat for sea-food lovers. Relive history at the Purnagad naval fort strategically built on a mountain, with a grand view of the creeks and the sea. Spend the evening exploring the unexplored Ganeshgule Beach. Return to the home-stay for dinner .
Day 4
Enjoy a stress-free start to the day. Post-brunch, depart for Mumbai/Pune. Complete the divine coastal experience enrouting the Ganpatipule Temple and the Prachin Konkan Museum.
