Fantastic hotel. It is really a money's worth. Situated at the end of Ravangla, the hotel shows the drop of the mountain clearly. Sitting at the terrace, one can easily spent hours after hours enjoying the beauty of the nature. There are two cottages which are done up with furnitures made of bamboo. Both the cottages are beautiful overlooking the terrace from where the Kanchanjungha range is clearly visisble. In the very early morning, you can get to see the mountain peak clearly in front of you. There is no hustle and bustle of the city life since the hotel is situated at a very remote end. If one wants to spend undisturbed holiday with family, then Clounds End is one of the best destination. The hotel's cook is an import from Kolkata, who coks all foods of the customers choice sumptuously. The behaviour of the hotel staff is very good. They always adhere to what is asked from them, and in a smiling face. Only, I did not like the natutre of the Manager of the hotel. On the date of my checking out, he was supposed to book me a big car for travelling to Darjeeling. After I paid off my bill and was waiting for the car, he said that he could arrange for a small car (Alto), and that to at the same price. He knew that the big car booked earlier has backed out, and still he did not disclose that to me. He waited for me to clear the bill and than said that Alto could be arranged, so that I do not have any other option but to avail that car.That man looks good, talks well, but has a dirty mind . He talks something, and acts something else which craetes problem for his customers.

Best Experience: The hotel has a clear view of the Kanchanjungha range. One morning, I got a call fom the reception desk stating I may go to the terrace to get a picture perfect view of Kanchanjungha. All of us rushed to the terrace, and the clear peak of the Kanchanjungha was there seen in front of our eyes. What a beautiful view that was.

Worst Experience: I did not like the natutre of the Manager of the hotel. On the date of my checking out, he was supposed to book me a big car for travelling to Darjeeling. After I paid off my bill and was waiting for the car, he said that he could arrange for a small car (Alto), and that to at the same price.
