Four Points by Sheraton Reviews
Awesome experience. Will surely visit again next time. Everything was good except the guy whose name I can't recollect at the checkout. Buffet could have more items. Swimming pool was the best thing.
The hotel was very clean and all staff were very polite and courteous. The room was excellent and the WiFi service was started soon after I checked in. The restaurant was also good and the food was tasty and well prepared with decent variety. I would have preferred better local transport facilities at reasonable rates. The hotel could have had some....Read More
Located at Vimannagar which is one of best place in Pune... Well located... Good management and clean rooms and best part is very much cooperative staff. Preferable for all type of stay... 2 big malls are nearby hotel premises and food is great.
I have come first time in viman Nagar Pune.. And I have booked this hotel and it was a great experience towards cleanliness room service location of the hotel.. If I will come here again then undoubtedly I will book for the same hotel...
Excellent stay with great room services. Special thanks to Ashish from front desk he really helped a lot and Tejas from banquet for cooperating with me for our wedding functions.
This property is very near to airport and shopping malls like Inorbit & Phoenix, well developed infrastructure with luxurious apartments. The one can feel at home the best thing is food which is delicious and one of the dish I ever had is "parda biryani " is awesome had tried first time here.
I had visited this hotel for official purpose. The best part of the hotel was service. The pickup and drop facility was provided by the hotel. I had booked this room by office. The interior and exterior was good in the hotel. I didn’t check garden nearby the hotel. The service was good in the hotel. The behaviour of the staff’s was friendly in the....Read More
Had a very comfortable and plush stay. The check in and check out procedures went without any hassles. The towels were smelly when we arrived which were replaced immediately on informing them. The slippers specified in the facilities list were not available. Had to ring the room service for that. The beds were very comfy which was a great plus....Read More
I always looked for something standard room for my business stay, but this time I decided to look some thing through Make my trip and came across this Four Point which I found Very good value for the money. I highly recommend booking through Makemytrip.
We stayed for a leisure weekend and liked every bit of our stay. The rooms are nice and cosy. The staff is courteous and ready to help. The location is very good and we enjoyed our time shopping at the two malls nearby. Only thing is we felt the breakfast was quite ordinary and could have had some more variety.

Some of the things that were much better than other hotels I have stayed with are - Location, room size, swimming pool & gym. In addition, the staff was very warm and pleasing. Even at the time of breakfast I was treated really well. I don't think I would like to stay at any other hotel besides Four Points when visiting Pune.
Best location in Pune and very near to Airport situated between 2 biggest malls of the city. Easy access to anywhere in Mumbai. As soon as I reached hotel they upgraded my room to sweet room which was very big in size of all the rooms I have visited though I had to wait for 20 mins but worth waiting. Room no 628 was allotted to me. Breakfast quality has been improved from last time I have visited but they don't have sufficient space to manage the crowd. I had to wait for 30 mins to get a table. Service was excellent though. Mr Arif served me nicely and didn't made me wait. Overall a nice hotel to visit again in city of Pune. They just have to improve on Vallet time. I had to wait for 15 mins each time to get my Car.
We were a group of 6 who stayed at Four Points Sheraton for 2 weeks. First up, credit to Sapna, the Sales Manager for working out a very reasonable deal for us (of course, it helped that we're regular patrons of the SPG Group). 1. The hotel has extremely pleasing interiors and a very intuitive room setup. 2. Excellent room-service, they have some of the finest housekeeping staff I've seen. 3. The food is among the better ones I've had at star hotels. Special mention of the "idli molaga podi" - a kind of flavoured chilly powder that is a staple accompaniment to idly/dosa in TN/AP/Kar, which I haven't found in a single restaurant (leave alone a star hotel of repute! North of Karnataka! 4. I was a regular at both the gym and the swimming pool and found them maintained. The gym equipment is among the more modern ones I've seen. The pool, while shallow, is nice and clean. 5. Uber-communicative and friendly staff - conversant and friendly to a fault, I dont remember a single staff who didn't salute or wish me whenever he/she came across me. Not only that, they were interesting conversationists too! 6. Travel to/from the city might be a bit of an issue thanks to the traffic though. A lovely experience overall, and a place I'd love to return to.
I and my wife had been for a night's stay at Four Points Sheraton Hotel just to get away from the monotony of daily chaos and it turned out to be just the way we wanted. The hospitality was brilliant in terms of staff, food, facility, service, etc. I highly recommend this hotel from both, personal and professional stay perspective. The ABS gym and swimming pool is perfectly placed in terms of view as well workout to enjoy the amenities, the staff are quite courteous too to make us comfortable. Special thanks to Raghuvansh at the reception who has answers to pretty much all your questions and needless to mention the Alfresco Manager - can't remember his name though he indeed customised the service for us during the dinner buffet and made it special to put a smile on our face. Overall, a fabulous experience, every penny worth spent!
Four Points is a typical example of star status leading to complacency in the quality of service. This was my second stay at Four Points this year and I could see how the hotel just failed to live up to its quality. In May, I had stayed in a studio apartment and that was okay given that one is on one's own in such a set-up. However, this time I had a deluxe room. The ordeal started right from the time I entered my room. The carpet in the room was damp on one side and remained so all through the time I was there. The room had a door connecting it to the next one, making every word being spoken in the next room audible to me. The conversations even from the other adjacent room were audible which itself speaks of the quality of the material used in the building. The room service to say the least, was horrible. I called up to order a mini meal at 8:45 pm and I was told that I would be delivered in half an hour. When the delivery was not there even after 50 minutes, I called up again and inquired about the delay. The person then started asking about details like whether I would like to have chapati or something else. The assurance was of delivery in about 20 minutes. However, there was no delivery till 10:20 pm after which I had to cancel the order. It was no different the next morning at the complementary breakfast. A marriage party had arrived and there was no seating space. This is not something that the hotel would not have anticipated when they made the booking for the marriage party. After a frustrating wait for finding sitting space for almost 13 minutes, I spoke to the manager on the floor whose response was that this is bound to happen and he cannot help it. I decided to speak to his manager and this gentleman repeated the same comment. The message was clear: a collective booking means more moolah and hence individuals like me do not matter. The manager mentioned that I can put a complaint if I want. His tone and tenor made it clear that I would make a fool of myself by putting a complaint. This sheer failure to deliver on service is not just reflective of incompetence but also of lackadaisical attitude when it comes to customer focus. Seating is not something that the hotel cannot arrange when it has several eating spaces on different floors. Similarly keeping rooms spick and span and arranging for sound proofing is the minimum one expects of such a hotel. The Front Office is the only saving grace perhaps with warmth which in my own experience was higher than at other 5 to 7 star hotels. However, the way they handled my issues made it clear that this warmth was a lame excuse of incompetence. If I recall my stay at various popular brands (Marriott, Taj, ITC, Ibis), I never ever faced this level of apathy towards service. The other brands delivered on their promise. This was my first experience of Sheraton brand and the novel was definitely not worth the name.
