Very bad, not at all 5 star category. No newspaper in room, no fruits basket, etc. Bathroom looks very old marble, quality of towels worst than 2 star hotel. Food at breakfast is ok. Service is very poor, whatever you ask for. Wait half hour for dosa, omelette. Sorry spoilt our family new year.

A nice place to stay by with clean and comfortable accommodation. Services are indeed very good. Food is much tastier than expected from other places. Located just nearby to airport and just opposite of 2 bigger malls namely Inorbit and Phoniex. Nice place to stay and relax.

Four Points is a typical example of star status leading to complacency in the quality of service. This was my second stay at Four Points this year and I could see how the hotel just failed to live up to its quality. In May, I had stayed in a studio apartment and that was okay given that one is on one's own in such a set-up. However, this time I had a deluxe room. The ordeal started right from the time I entered my room. The carpet in the room was damp on one side and remained so all through the time I was there. The room had a door connecting it to the next one, making every word being spoken in the next room audible to me. The conversations even from the other adjacent room were audible which itself speaks of the quality of the material used in the building.

The room service to say the least, was horrible. I called up to order a mini meal at 8:45 pm and I was told that I would be delivered in half an hour. When the delivery was not there even after 50 minutes, I called up again and inquired about the delay. The person then started asking about details like whether I would like to have chapati or something else. The assurance was of delivery in about 20 minutes. However, there was no delivery till 10:20 pm after which I had to cancel the order. It was no different the next morning at the complementary breakfast. A marriage party had arrived and there was no seating space. This is not something that the hotel would not have anticipated when they made the booking for the marriage party. After a frustrating wait for finding sitting space for almost 13 minutes, I spoke to the manager on the floor whose response was that this is bound to happen and he cannot help it. I decided to speak to his manager and this gentleman repeated the same comment. The message was clear: a collective booking means more moolah and hence individuals like me do not matter. The manager mentioned that I can put a complaint if I want. His tone and tenor made it clear that I would make a fool of myself by putting a complaint. This sheer failure to deliver on service is not just reflective of incompetence but also of lackadaisical attitude when it comes to customer focus. Seating is not something that the hotel cannot arrange when it has several eating spaces on different floors. Similarly keeping rooms spick and span and arranging for sound proofing is the minimum one expects of such a hotel.

The Front Office is the only saving grace perhaps with warmth which in my own experience was higher than at other 5 to 7 star hotels. However, the way they handled my issues made it clear that this warmth was a lame excuse of incompetence. If I recall my stay at various popular brands (Marriott, Taj, ITC, Ibis), I never ever faced this level of apathy towards service. The other brands delivered on their promise. This was my first experience of Sheraton brand and the novel was definitely not worth the name.

Interiors of the hotel is very good and pleasant. Larger rooms, very responsive room services with little varieties of food. Located opposite to Inorbit hence, could spent good time there as well. Overall it's a fantastic hotel to stay.

Well-groomed hotel with friendly staff. But the quality of room service and amenities were not good. The hotel managed to provide stained towels, for example, each day without fail even post complaints. The limited choices in veg meals with inferior taste went against them. Overall, the hotel stay was no more than average.

Excellent maintenance of hotel inside and outside of building and premises. Food quality is very good and tasty. More option of food may be added to get more rating, the room service is very good. Check-in procedure is very simple and fast, payment at check-out is also fast.

Ambiance is good, location is also good, but the room service was awful, waiter was coming after 1 hour. When you would order food, breakfast would come at lunch time. And they would ask whom did you ordered?. What's his name who was on the phone.

Booked this hotel because of it's location and price. Excellent located at Viman nagar. Bang opposite the Inorbit mall and also walkable distance to the phoenix market city mall. Check-in excellent staff courteous. Overall wonderful experience. Recommended!
