excellent stay in grt grand estancia, grt salem, madurai. rooms were good ambience was good. food was excellent with more choice. overall grt is good choice for travellers.

The Hotel location was good. yercaud hills is very near from this hotel. reception to rooms is also very clean and hospitality also very nice.

Good location, good place near highway, it was a good experience to stay there on route to Kerala

Best Experience: Cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast

Worst Experience: nothing much, but dinner was mainly continental cusine

Overall i am very much satisfied because Salem is a tier 2 city, hats off to GRT\'s initiative for a hotel there. Otherwise we have to stay in low class hotels, no options.

Good. But nearer to location we do not see any transport to reach other parts of city.

Service is fantastic, the front office approach to customers is really good. Even though it is a bit far the service is good and they give pickup and drop facility. Salem is OK but this hotel is good. More

Excellent Service right from check-in to check-out. Room amenities, faclities were superb, the beds were really good. Probably helped that its a recent hotel, but you can see the care in maintaining the standards.
