Comments: It was good hotel, value for money. Location is also very good of the hotel.
Best Experience: Rooms are good. hotel is designed well, you get good feel of stay
Worst Experience: Restaurant staff, not coperative, and rigid.

Landmark is the nearest hotel from Ganpatipule Temple. The facility and the food was great and we realy enjoyed the stay because of the hospitality. The view was amazing....

Good Points : the view from the room was beautiful, the calm was wonderful, the garden was nice, the food was great. BUT : 1) We called the hotel directly to book a room or a cottage, when we asked them if something will be available for the dates of our stay, the only answer we got was 'call Mumbai office tomorrow for booking'... but we thought no need to call if there is no availabilities, but each time we heard...

Our visit to Ganapatipule was made much enjoyable, courtsey Landmark Resorts! The 'Shree' temple is sooooo near and yet with a respectable distance that a visit to the temple just before meals vets one's appetite. Hardly 600/700 meters away from temple but the slope though moderate is good for whetting your gastric juices. The westerly open grounds give you occean-breeze in plenty and it really was a pleaure to sit out there watching the sea....

Landmark Resort is the worst resort i have ever seen. We had booked Three Deluxe VIP Cottages ( i.e the highest category of rooms they say ). The rooms were not at all clean it was dust every Where. The bathroom was the worst thing i ever saw. The ceiling of the bathroom was broken, the fibre bathtub was also in a worst condition the base of that bathtub was broken.
