Ganga Ratan Hotel is a good hotel located in the main city . they were very good at their job. the manager was nice . We faced no problem while in agra. credit goes to the hotel stuff. Loved their food as well as. it was pure noth indian style. Everything was good abt this hotel . rooms were clean and spacious. they attened each and every customer very carefully. it was a nice experience.

The hotel was good. off course Agra was a wonderful place to visit Taj Mahal was just one of the most beautiful monuments i have seen. The rooms were nice and the food was good too. we had a wide variety of choice here.

Worst Experience: the lights started fluctuating and started burning with a awful smell the plastic around the bulb domes melted the hotel is a dump and the staff least bothered avoid like plague

Amazing hotel when Hotel park plaza said they had no rooms even after sending me a conformation e mail that they had the room booked for me. Anyways this hotel is right oposite to park plaza hotel and 1 Km away from the Taj Mahal. The area is pretty clean with neat surroundings unlike most of agra and has a Pizzahut and Costa Coffee around so a easy place overall. Nice rooms overall bu tthe same complaint there was a pecilier smell at the reception which most of people complained about on trip adviser.

Best Experience: Room Service was amazing. the food was nice and they will do anything to make sure that your stay is comfortable.
