Excellent view , the food was average and expensive , no lift , rooms were very good and comfortable , no front office , staff was very good , view from hotel was good .

I have booked this hotel through a package without knowing its whereabout in Munnar.from munnar,it takes 10-15 km to reach this hotel which will take 1 hr of our time.so,I lost 2 hrs going up and coming down from this hotel to reach munnar...

Hotel room is clean and rooms are spacious. Room service is pathetic. Hot water never comes. Have to wait couple of hours for anything to be resolved. Food options are limited. Its away from munnar town, so you are forced to eat that bad food.

Its A Nice & Silent place,the food was good, the service was of really good standards, the rooms were very comfortable and really nice , all in all a really nice stay i felt.

munnar ids definitely a great place to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer, the food was very nice, the service was good, i did not find any issues, the rooms were as desired, the bathrooms were spotless, the stay was good all in all.
