Hotel Review of Bambolim Beach Resort
Comments: we booked three rooms in bambolim resorts in package of 3 nights and the fourth night being complementary. we were told that the resort is a 4 star resort by our travel agent Pearl International , new delhi. but we were cheated by the travel agent and by the resort as the resort was less than a two star hotel. the service was very bad, the rooms were stinking and leaking, the food was pathetic. if i were to rate this resort i will not rate it more than one star. In the catalohue they had mentioned that they have spa facilities which we can use but to our surprise the spa was closed and there was no such facility in use in this resort. we experienced the worst holidays of our life .

Worst Experience: 1.Rooms were leaking which the management was not interested in accepting the fact. and they instead said that the the wall is sweating.

2. The taps were running only the cold water and we had to beg for the hot water.
3. Food was pathetic and three of us had stomach infection.
4.when all the occupents of the hotel protested and wanted to talk to the hotel manager ( Mrs Branda) she never came to meet us and had given the excuse that she was in a meeting.she was afraid to face us .
bad experiences were endless during our stay of four days

This is the worst hotel I have EVER had the misfortune to stay in!!!! I hadn't read any reviews before I stayed here. I will never make that mistake again. We were not offered airport transfer even though the hotel does offer this service and therefore made our own way there from the airport. On arrival were not made to feel at all welcome and even though I made the booking I was not addressed by staff everything was addressed...

Don't venture here vacationers!!! Caters largely to groups booked through travel agencies and tourist groups.... We had three rooms, all for some reason on different floors....one a suite, one a standard room and one a villa (!!!we paid the same for all three). We have visited the Resort during 14.5.2005 and 17.5.2005. Our exp. with the resort is overall very bad. The cottages R.no.101/102 booked by us did not have proper hot water system.
