Hotel Review of Maizon's Lakeview Resort
Comments: We are planned Trip to Bangalore to Goa.We are done the booking throw make my trip.When booking time the executives told us MAIZON LAKEVIEW RESORT is a 3 star beach reasort.We are confirme the booking and made the payment also.When we went to Goa and by 4 pm we went to the resort .Toatal we are booked 5 rooms in five rooms their is no T V .We have to ask the Reception then after 3 hours they are providid the Tv.This is one small Example.

Best Experience: In this resort we are not found best epeirence to share with others.
Worst Experience: We have landed on 16th of Dec by about 4.00PM in the evening at hotel.
Let me narrate the sequences which we come across in the 3 Star hotel.
Firstly let me introduce my self. I am 35 Years old with 2 Kids. I am working as a sr. Manager in one of the MNC Company in the field of facilitiers and Administration.


1. No TV was provided in the Rooms when we have entered the rooms. after demanding the same one by one they started providing the TV that too without Remote and some of them 14' TV.

2.When we have opened the Water Taps for more than 4- 5 Minutes only dust/mud water used to come.

Mr. Deepak puri (General Manager of this Resort)was mentioning in the mail, we have come to goa for washing our clothes.
We have gone to goa to enjoy and Realx not waste our time with washing clothes and all.

3. Being General Manager he was mentioning that we have behaved like a arrogant and rude, Just we have asked Basic requirements of Hot water and TV. If the same thing is not provided by with continuous request and demand till end of the trip.. Finally he is trying to please us and taking excuses and soory for the same.

If you make one surprise assesment trip to the same you will be the better judge. Without doing any assesment of the hotel/resort don't put the same thing in your website.
4. For heating the water they are provuding Heater coil.
5.Even they dont know how to behave the customers
