Hotel Review of Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa
Comments: The Park Hyatt is one of the best hotels in South Goa.You couldnt ask for more in a vacation.They just pamper you to the hilt.
Best Experience: Things are done even before you ask for it.The moment it rains,the umbrellas are out for you.The club carts are at your doorstep to take you.all this even without asking for it.
Worst Experience: Nothing

One word that would describe my overall experience to Park Hyatt, Goa would be PERFECT!!! Overall, I sepnt a fortune in being there. My rate was about Rs 13000 per night. Though the property is very nice and well-maintained, but the service was pathetic. Food - nothing great, just ok kind. What disappointed me a lot was, every one is ready to tell you,'if you use this facility, it will be charged extra'. So far so good, but no one was ready to say sorry if something went wrong....

Fantastic property, management is friendly but clueless , Christina at the front desk is a smart woman and the only saving grace. If you are willing to pay a packet you will come back very happy. Stay in court 3, not too far, not too near Health club, and rooms very good, but take the upper one and save some serious cash, the lower room with an outdoor shower is just a gimmick...
