I visited Murud with my friends in last week of September 2012. I stayed in Golden Swan resort. The resort was on main road and the room s are located on beach side .so you can see the sea direct from the balcony of the room.

Very Good. The food and ambience is good. But you need to book the front cottages not sure about the back side facing cottages.

it was good and nice. would like to visit again .only hurdle is veg and non-veg kitchen are mixed so for veg it become bit uneasy and tough to eat.all ohther good.

About Golden Swan Resort

Located just about 100 metres from the sea, this resort is demarcated into two parts � the main resort and the beach house. The main difference between the two is the kind of accommodation on offer. There are Mediterranean-style cottages and deluxe rooms at the main resort and colonial style architecture at the beach house. Now the MTDC property belongs to the Golden Swan Group. This resort was opened to guests in 2001. The in-house restaurant is presently under renovation and only room service is available. This resort is spread over an acre and from the resort one can spot the Kasa Fort and Nawab�s Palace.
