A good hotel where i spend my two night. hotel is centrly located and near to all places for tourist interest. I think this is a good place for stay at Dwaraka

Visiting dwarka was good experience as hotel was very near to temple (just five mt walk distance). Hotel was good, rooms were good, bathrooms require little maint. food was ok.

This is a shabby hotel. Informtion available on internet about this hotel was misleading. The bathrooms do not have 24 hour hot water. The toilets are not clean. The room service is unprofessional. Once I found the curtlery in which the tea and snacks were was dirty and I had to ask them to change the same. On Sunday night at around 11:00 pm I was starled to hear a loud knock at the door. To my annoyance I found that a hotel staff made the noise just to remind me that the keys of the room was still hanging from the door lock. Once I enquired about the delay in serving the breakfast and I was told that the manager had instructed to stop room service and we should go to the dining hall downstairs if we wished to have breakfast. When the manager was asked for an explanation, he pretended misunderstanding and arranged breakfast in the room. However, I made up my mind to leave the hotel when I found ringworms in a bucket in the bathroom!

Best Experience: They offered free transport from Dwarka railway station to the hotel.

Worst Experience: I found ringworms in the bucket of water while having bath. That prompted me to change the hotel asap.

Rooms are clean compared rooms normally found in a pilgrim town
