My experience of this hotel is unforgettable. Visited Leh Ladakh back in winters but seems as if it all happened yesterday. Hotel rooms were very well furnished and clean, also the hotel staff and management deserves 10/10 for their hospitality. And who can forget their awesome food with wide variety to choose from. Food was the best part of this hotel. The view of snow covered mountains was delighting from our room.

They made arrangements for our pickup and sightseeing. Will surely be staying there again if visited Ladakh again.

Their food was excellent and the stay was nice but could have been better. The hotel arranged a taxi to airport pick-up and local sightseeing. The cold were awesome and the location was so much fun. The hotel even organised a birthday function for me on the second day of our stay. I felt it was the best hotel in Ladakh.

The allowance was ample with abundant appearance of the mountains, actual apple-pie and the bed was comfortable. Super affable and alert agents who never bootless to accost all their guests. The ailment was abundant whether it was cafe or ala carte. The dry fruits and accolade bowl you placed in our apartment were attractive and adorable and the angle from the apartment were spectacular. The aliment was actually scrumptious, abundant affluence auberge that reside up to its name as the best auberge in Ladakh accepted for their arete in hospitality. We are absolutely blockage at this auberge should we anytime appear aback to Ladakh again.

As we all know Leh is heaven on earth so planned a visit to Leh. The stay was awesome, didn't face hot water problem. Being in prime location they charge evenly. Worth a visit when planning to visit Leh. View from room is good. If I get a chance again to visit then definitely I would visit. Weather was also good. I faced food problem but it was still manageable.

This is a 4-star hotel in Leh. There aren't any 5 star hotels in Leh. Although one can find a lot of hotels in Leh, claiming to be 4 star, there isn't a single one which can match TGDL.

The best place money can buy in Leh is TGDL. We stayed in the hotel for a week long vacation in May. Service quality was excellent, food & beverages were great. Even more the staff was very hospitable, always smiling and willing to go extra mile to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

One day we checked out of the hotel for our overnight trip to Pangong Lake. However, due to heavy snow we couldn't make it across the ridge and had to return. The hotel was full packed, as lot of their guest were coming back. Most of Leh hotels were packed with stranded guests. Hotel staff did their best to accommodate each and everyone of the guests.

Anyone, who has enjoyed the hospitality of TDGL, would vouch for their excellent service quality.

I have been here for two nights after a 7 day trek in Himalayas in the month of February. You wont have much options of hotels providing hot water and warm rooms in that -25C. This is the best hotel around in Leh. Rooms are luxurious and clean. Breakfast is amazing and location is perfect. Must stay.

This hotel food was so delicious and was very good in quality. It's room service was on time and quick. I stayed in this hotel for two nights and my overall experience was also good. Hotel staff behaviour was so simple. I recommended this hotel to my friends. This hotel room was very clean, well-decorated and fully furnished.

This is probably the best place to stay in Leh. I had gone with a group of friends in July 2014. Recommend booking in advance ( at least 3 months ) as this place tends to be packed. Elderly and kids for that matter anyone, may have a problem with altitude sickness. Better to get the oxygen levels checked before engaging in any activities (there is a doctor on call too in case of necessary). The biggest pro is the helpful staff and we never faced any problem with any of our ( sometimes unreasonable ) requests. The food is outstanding and stand out. If you get a room at the higher floors (preferably the 3rd floor - we didn't get one but, next time we will certainly ) then you get to see the sunrise which is in itself is an experience that will last for a lifetime. The rooms were perfect with paintings of the locals adorning the walls take you back. Our room also had massage chair in it a first I haven't seen that in any hotel I have stayed in ( including several 5 stars ). Mr Mustafa the owner of the hotel is very helpful. Overall a superb experience and no cons whatsoever.

On our honeymoon we went to Leh in second half of March 2015 for 3 days. Must say, it was one of the best vacation we took in last few years. The first of its kind in Leh, the Grand Dragon set a benchmark for others to follow. Room was very well maintained and room service was also good. We got beautiful view from the room. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the property and also experienced the most excellent hospitality from the staff, each moment of our stay.
