On our honeymoon we went to Leh in second half of March 2015 for 3 days. Must say, it was one of the best vacation we took in last few years. The first of its kind in Leh, the Grand Dragon set a benchmark for others to follow. Room was very well maintained and room service was also good. We got beautiful view from the room. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the property and also experienced the most excellent hospitality from the staff, each moment of our stay.

Four star hotel very well-located in Leh and very well-oriented. We were in a beautiful south facing room facing the mountains, with a large bay window, great views and large bathroom. The entire property is very well-maintained, typical cuisine and sophisticated. The staff is listening to us, an exemplary kindness, we made several visits with helpful driver, a gift shop in the hotel will buy all kinds of regional and local objects. We keep beautiful memories of our stay.

It's a very good hotel in Ladakh as compare to others hotel in Ladakh. Rooms are very good and food court is also fine. Looks awesome with locally developed and feels locally. It's close to airport and close to market too only it needs more outdoor space.

I went to Ladakh with my friends and really enjoyed. The hotel was good and I had no problems with check-in and checkout. It was centrally located and easily accessible by bus. The electricity back up was very good and helpful. I was however not impressed with the staff. They were not very helpful. The intercom facility was good though. The food was expensive but not up to the mark. I would advice travellers to not eat in the hotel. Overall, the hotel is average and good for those looking for a good night's sleep.

Nice view from rooms but ok type of service. Closed in winter season that is a drawback. Staff should be more helping. Food was awful and costly. Electricity backup was good. Geyser & room heater was provided, hygiene was maintained, cleaning was done everyday.

It was a luxurious hotel and overall, my experience was very nice there. There was no delay in check-in and check-out facility. I did not face any difficulty in this hotel during my stay. Food facility was available there and it was good but buffet system was not there. Cost wise, the food was okay. Parking space was available there. I visited there by own car with my family before one and half year. Location wise, the hotel was located inside the city and also near to the market. Activities were available there like swimming pool, gym, games, etc and I did use them. They did not organize any sightseeing trip for us. Room was fantastic and it was equipped with TV, geyser, etc and they all were in working condition. Washroom, pillow and other things were in clean condition and in fact staff of the hotel was cleaning the room regularly. Any scenic view was not available from the room. Hot and cold water was available there for 24 hr. Interior and exterior look of the hotel was too nice. Servicing staff was really good and overall services were prompt. Money spend there was valuable. I have already recommended this hotel to many peoples. I have one suggestion for the improvement in the hotel is that they should have separate kitchen and separate crockery sets for veg and non-veg varieties. As a destination, Ladakh place is fantastic.

It was my family vacation in June, 2014. It was located well connected to transportation. Staff service was pretty nice even intercom facility was also there. Reception staff was cordial and active. I did not face any problem during check in and check out time. Room was well spacious and clean. Washroom, pillows, bed sheets and all things were kept nicely. TV, bed, hot water and other room amenities were there. Geyser was not there. Buffet breakfast was there. Dinner was complimentary and provided with veg and non-veg categories. Food taste was delicious. Cost wise it was reasonable. Activities were nil there. Parking place and travel desk was also present there.

My overall experience was good. The hotel was conveniently located. They provided pick & drop facility. The behaviour of the staff was friendly and professional. The interiors & furniture's in the hotel was good. The rooms provided to us were neat, clean and spacious. All the amenities in the room were working properly. The bed sheets, pillows and blankets were cleaned everyday. There was a hill view from the room. The quality of the food provided here was very good & tasty. There were no indoor or outdoor games or activities available at the hotel. Check in and check out was done in a timely manner. The hotel was reasonably priced I enjoyed my stay here and would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel was very nice. The hotel was excellent. The hotel provides parking facility for the tourists. The food provided was very good quality, quantity and variety wise. The location of the hotel was very good. There was no delay in check in and checkout procedure. The appearance of the hotel was very nice. It was heritage property. The hotel was above average. The services were good. It looks old, but it was very well maintained. The hotel was recommendable to other travellers. It was little bit on the expensive side.
