Overall experience was good, but you should have your won car/bike to move around places. The area in which the hotel is located is not good, does not feel like you are in Kashmir.

it was very nice. Since the hotel had lift facility I did not face any problem in lifting and transporting the baggage from the room whenever required. I got the kerala style food of course arranged by the tour operators.
