Itinerary:
Day 01 Cochin
Upon arrival, direct transfer to the hotel, later proceed for sightseeing in & around Cochin which includes,the Dutch Palace – The place has a fine collection of mural paintings depicting the scenes from the Hindu epics Mahabharata & Ramayana, Jewish Synagogue – the oldest synagogue in the world is magnificently decorated by Chinese tiles and Belgian chandeliers, was built in 1568. St. Francis Church: is the oldest church built by Europeans in India, where thePortugese traveller Vasco da gama was buried at first, later his remains were transferred to Portugal. & Huge, elegantChinese fishing nets that line the tip of Fort Cochin.
Day 02 Cochin -Munnar (140km / 4 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Munnar Enroute visitValara & Cheeyappara Water falls. Munnar a famous hill station in Kerala known for its tea estates. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 03 Munnar

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing which includes :-Eravikulam National Park: A National Park accommodating half of the world population of a rare species of mountain goat- Nilgiri Tahr Tata Tea Museum –at Nallathanni Estate, Matt petty Dam:-The beautiful hill station of Matt petty is the seat of the highly specialized Indo-Swiss Diary project. Day 4 Munnar – Thekkady ( 130 kms / 4 hours drive)
HIGHLIGHT of Thekkady: Boat Ride in Lake Periyar and visit to Periyar sanctuary -thebest sanctuary in India for watching and photographing elephants at close quarters.
Morning after breakfast, drive to Thekkady (130 Kms/4Hrs). Arrival and check in to the hotel. Rest of the day will be free for enjoying the natural wonders of Thekkady. Later enjoy the boat ride at the Lake Periyar where one can have a unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however are the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. (Subject to sighting). Overnight in Thekkady.
Day 5 – Thekkady - Alleppey ( Houseboat) ( 150 km / 4 hrs drive)

Today by noon you will embark into an exclusive deluxe houseboat. Cruise down centuries old backwaters flanked by picture book towns and ancient trading ports on our houseboats-‘Kettuvallams’. See the sunset on the scenic backwaters of the Vembanadlake and the green rice fields of Kuttanad. Relish exotic traditional cuisines (e.g Kootu a vegetable dish with grated coconut) prepared by our expert chefs.
