This hotel was very good. It's staff was very delightful and careful. My first stay on sahib was very good I have visited here 4 time. And I found every time a new thing, the location was beautiful. The food quality was also good. I enjoyed my journey of Delhi in Sartaj Hotel. I must say that you should try this hotel.
Grand Sartaj Hotel is very nice hotel in Delhi city. The hotel is in good location, tasty food and drinks. In the hotel good destination and amazing room services and good appearance and good housekeeping. Good activities and good quality items, free mineral water and fantastic services.
Location was good, ambience was subdued and depressing, rooms were nicely done and neat but lacked proper lightening. Breakfast was just ok, staff was demanding and would look at you for any small work you asked them to do. Food quantity was good, quality was ok. Overall it was ok ok.
I was there in last days of August to relax. Room was okay but service to everything was very bad. It's Wi-Fi as well as A/C was not working at all. If I used to call to room service there was no one to pick. They asked for money if we used mini fridge there. Some of the TV channels were missing so, I could not enjoy cricket fully. I do not recommend this hotel. Food was also damn costly. You can't believe breakfast was of worth 250 in which only two Parathas and salad were there. It was of just name 3 star.
The stay at Grand Sartaj was quite a wonderful experience. The cordiality, the facilities, food were quite good. The rooms were quite hygienic and they had the best of facilities I ever saw till now. They were able to help out in providing information with the local trips too. Overall, the stay was great!!
The food was excellent with good services and every luxurious amenity was available. The hotel was good with affordable budget. It is situated in middle of the city. It is must go place. We enjoyed the trip. The hotel is very beautiful with excellent interior and the transportation facilities are easily available.
The stay was about 8 days...food was good. Service was good. But following were the problems with room : 1) No exhaust system in either the room or the toilet...in just a few hours of stay and activities the room started smelling badly.. 2) A RAT suddenly appeared in my room and it had already cut my lappie\'s charging cable...on my complaint they shifted my room. 3) Rooms are not worth of Rs.3800/- plus taxes (it is infact the corporate discount rate)..
