There was no activity arranged by the hotel. The Wi-Fi facility was not provided in the room. The check in and checkout was done on time at the hotel. The transportation facility was not provided by the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family.
The destination of the hotel was good. The location of the hotel was good. The behaviour of the receptionist was OK. All amenities were working well. The room was not so clean. The washroom was average. The money which I spent was valued. The parking facility was available in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for other travellers.
This hotel was extremely fine for me as it was within my budget. Facilities offered were great, the only problem was that meals were a bit costly. The location of the hotel was awesome as we could see the sunset very clearly which was cool, staff was co-operative and rooms were well-maintained, had a good experience overall.

It was our second family vacation and so we took our trip to Chail and stay was at Grand sunset hotel. The hotel was lovely with beautiful view and the field nearby was so good that we played good games. The hotel was quite beautiful in look as well and good place to stay with family.
I autonomous for Premium Luxury Room with Breakfast & Dinner Buffet. I am captivated to acknowledge the Auberge & its staff. Services accustomed by the auberge are to be applauded. Location of the auberge is accomplished as it appears to be amid in nature. We absolutely enjoyed the dusk view. Attributes as able-bodied as basin can be beheld from every bend of the hotel. If I allocution about the rooms, apartment are ample and actual able-bodied able with basal enmities. Each and every agents of the auberge is actual affectionate and cooperative. Kids absolutely enjoyed at the amateur section. Food served at auberge is of home aftertaste & actual hygienic.
We stayed for two days at Grand Sunset, Chail. The day I reached hotel the weather was cloudy but I still got very good sunset view from the hotel. The next two days were rainy and we hardly got time to visit places or sunset view at the hotel. However the overall experience at the hotel was good. Acitivity wise, there is Carom (not all disks are present and the floor is not straight - so its a bit tricky to play) and TT for activities at the hotel. The room was good and clean. The food was the best part. Not only its prepared on your order, it was inexpensive. I ran a bill of Rs 1500 for 5 meals at my stay at the hotel which is quite decent. Note that its cash only for bills so one needs to take care of it.
The hotel was located inside the city. Check in and checkout was on time. The behaviour of the receptionist was good. I had visited this hotel with my family. There were activities arranged by this hotel. The service of the hotel was good. Wi-Fi facility was provided inside the room. The food was good with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes served.
took a break from the mundane routine of life and went off to Chail. The Hotel has a lovely view and big windows to share your cup of tea with Mother Nature. the terrace on top is an added advantage and ideal for star gazing and listening to nature sounds. Staff was nice and courteous. food good and reasonable. Chail is nature in its pristine glory. Saw lots of Sparrows, Swallows, Bulbuls and other beautiful birds. Reminded me of Wordsworth, \" A poet could not but be gay in such a jocund company.\" Lovely place to enjoy peace n quietness, and read that book you have been wanting to for a while. The visit to the Palace Hotel was worth while.
