Exactly after one year , I along with my family went to Hotel Grand Sunset, Chail. Best thing about the Hotel is its loaction . view from balcony

new year celibration ko yaadgar bana diya, hotal ka sara staff bahut hi badhiya hai.......me or mera brother 30 or 31st dec, ko room no.101or102 me thahre the. ,bas thoda D.J. jaldi band na hota to maja do guna ho jata..

Very nice, staff very friendly, even though bit slow in service but then we visit to such destinations only to slow down pace of life and relax!

It was good serene place, full of peace & tranquil, must visit for every nature loving person. The hotel was well equipped & have a breathtaking sunset point in terrace. the food variety was nice. buffet was best

Overall experience was satisfactory but not great. Due to the shortage of staff, service was not up to the mark.

Best Experience: Evening at sunset point.

Worst Experience: No body was picking our phone at Reception.

It was very good.the view was very beautiful from the terrace.we all had great fun.the room was ver nice.weather was very pleasant.

"Good food but power cuts"

We stayed for two days at Grand Sunset, Chail. The day I reached hotel the weather was cloudy but I still got very good sunset view from the hotel. The next two days were rainy and we hardly got time to visit places or sunset view at the hotel.... More
