It was nice stay in between tea valley.But the resort is far away from the main road but there is no proper direction board of resort,but the hotel management has given the direction properly over mobile even in the night 9.0 clock.

It was very good and good experience,
love to visit again.
Best Experience: the activities.
Worst Experience: NO much offers and need more benefit such as coupons and discounts.

Grimms in Kotagiri was a good one. My father\'s choice, it was a good property that is yet to e popularized. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good service by the staffs but need to improve a bit more. Location was wonderful. Overall a well maintained...
