Hotel Review of Pine Palace
Comments: The Pine Palace in Gulmarg was a little dusty and musty when we checked in. Dimly lit bathrooms with black tiles made it dark. The place seemed to be falling apart. But the initial dissapointment was replaced by delight at the staff's overall caring attitude. Best service, great location.
Best Experience: THe best experience was the staff's overall attitude- they made sure every need of ours was catered to. We were a goup of 6 adults and 6 energetic kids and we were made most comfortable. Excellent tasty meals served on time, chocolate milk for kids, good chai and snacks. They even packed breakfast for us when we had to check out early in the morning. (Their parathas are to die for :) ) The heated beds were a nice touch.
Worst Experience: Place looked run down, bathrooms looked dark. They need to reovate the place.
