Best Experience: In pahelgaon, one of my family member got fever in night, my car driver was not traceable. On my call at reception, with in 15mnts owner him self came with doctor. Which was unexpected.. Daily morning we were getting our choice's breakfast.. Staff also cooperative..
Worst Experience: Mostly we had never worst experience at anywhere in north, west, east & south india. But i prefer my holidays in north india.

Best Experience: We went with our any prior booking and we could able to get some attractive discount on reaching the hotel. We took the room they have shown with our any hesitation however we have not checked the new block before confirming the old block room. The room was spacious and clean. The bath room was ok and could have been better. It needs some renovation otherwise. We had dinner in the room and food was good and the service was excellent. We have been provided electric blanket for the whole stay besides one electric heater for the night on request. The central heating was switched on the night only. It was adequate for the April climate but to be ascertained for jan/feb daytime stay. Morning breakfast the part of the package and though there was no variety the food was very tasty.
Worst Experience: We had our share of woes too. The morning tea was not there till 8am and the phone connection was dead during the night time and the entry access to the old block was bolted from outside and no one seemed to be there for any emergency at nights. The side entrance was some use to get out of the block and re entry for the morning walk. ( No access to the front office) We have requested for cab and was assured that it would be there at the hotel at 10M sharp and the was again confirmed the GM that morning at 8.30 am. But to our disgust the vehicle was not at al arranged for till 10 am and only after some strong protests a vehicle was arranged from Tangmarg and the same came at about 11 am for our flight at 2.20 and we had rush through the gates and the flight was a little bit late which helped our cause. Mysteriously the GM who has promised the vehicle was not there at the office after 9.45 and the front office and GM seemed to be not much bothered about their commitments. In deed they were not even attending fully to our requests. There was no proper customer relationship. Coming to the final part of it, is the environment which every traveller and the local authority to be ashamed of it. All sort of rubbished have been dumped on the road leading to many resorts and hotels by all, the hotelwallahs, the travelers, the locals and the GMC has not bothered much clearing the rubbish which was full of plastics and food waste and packing covers etc. Gulmarg is supposed to be an international tourist spot which GMC in no way can lay its hand for part of it. Sorry but for the AWESOME GONDOLA CABLE CAR PROJECT. No words to describe it. Yes it is the world\'s highest located cable car stages.
