I didn't get hot water for bath. Neither the room was so clean, I ordered food it was too costly as per the hotel, Didn't had much facilities, WIFI wasn't working good. It had bad signals, price was too high as compared to services, Won't go back again in same hotel.

I stayed in this hotel from 5th Dec to 7th Dec of 2015. It was a nice experience from hotel management and staff. The room are clean and hygienic. The food was also awesome. I would like to again stay there whenever i am in Kolkata.

I stopped by at Kolkata one my way back home from a wedding in Udaypur. Being a lone female traveller and was a little concerned over safety and comfort but the experience was rather good. It was good value for price as I was looking for something reasonably priced. Staff members are very friendly so would recommend as long as one is not looking for something a bit fancy.

The hotel is near the park street crossing so very easy to locate and the look is definitely awesome. The front office was really very much presentable. The behaviour of the staff were good and helpful. There is also options of complementary breakfast of normal toast, sandwiches, juice. The food was not bad also. After all this is really a budget friendly and relaxing place to stay.

Hotel location was fine. I did not face any problem during check in and check out. They did not provide any activities. I went there with my colleagues for my official work in April 2013. Appearance of the hotel was normal. I did stay for 2 days in the hotel. Overall this hotel is average. Staff nature was fine. Room of the hotel was average but acceptable. Market view was visible from the room's window. They did provide little basic amenities in the room like AC, TV, bed, etc. Food was tasty. Sightseeing facility was not provided by the hotel. Kolkata destination is good place for visitors. Services of the hotel were average.

To beat the scorching heat of the "City of Joy - Kolkata." you must be in need of affordable AC rooms. Then go for it with the supplementary breakfast at your room or in the dining hall in the ground floor wherever you want. I would love to stay again in the same place with Neat and clean room(especially bathroom), excellent room service(even they gave a wake up call as we were supposed to wake early in the morning), food was good but comparatively costly to the restaurant just beside the hotel. You can get cab/auto just outside the hotel main gate. Overall an excellent experience. If you are in a group of four or five, go for the suite at just 5000rs. and I bet you will love it. A big room with dining table, big sofas and TV in the front room and two wardrobes with king size bed in the next attached room.

It is a good hotel to stay at, the rooms were clean and spacious but the problem here was no continuous hot water supply, this was the only issues which should be looked into otherwise things were ok.
