Service needs improvement. Good ambience and room. Staff are damn slow and unresponsive. Callous attitude of receptionist can get to the head. Pool is very nice with sky view on roof top. Spa is quite relaxing. The food is good and elaborate options are present.
It was such a great stay at Hyacinth, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This hotel actually makes me come back to Trivandrum just to get the kick of staying here. It is quite close to the Train Station, has all the facilities in it like pool and gym. The rooms are quite big giving more than enough space with all amenities. The breakfast is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Stayed at this property in the beginning of this month for one night. Location wise its just a five minute walk to the nearest railway station / bus stand. Its in the heart of the town. The property is well maintained and clean. Check-in check out was smooth. No hassles. The rooms are well maintained spacious and thoughtfully furnished. All the necessary amenities you would expect in a 5* property is in place. Sleep is comfortable with good bedding and pillows. Food is good both in presentation and taste. All the activities are of really high standard. Coming to the negatives. Room service is quiet slow even a glass of lime juice seem to take an hour. But they do make up for it with sincerity and courtesy. The person who picks up the phone for taking room service seems to be quiet lost even when you mention some dishes in their in dining menu. WiFi is free and readily available. But it is very slow. Sincerely feel they should put in paid fast WiFi service, to go along with the standards they maintain.
My personal opinion of Hycinth by sparsa is that it is a heaven of tranquility in a busy, bustling area. Excellent hospitality deserves a special mention. Breakfast was splendid and a variety of options were available. Recreational options like pool, health club, and spa are worth mentioning. It will be memorable for those who want to enjoy a comfortable and royal stay. I would like to recommend Hycinth by sparsa to my acquaintances as well.
It was an excellent place to stay. The only hotel where I had good quality Hair oil, other things are common in most hotels. Food quality, staff and reception are worth inviting others to share. They also provide discounts and every customer is treasured by the hotel staff. Keep it up.
