Hotel Review of Malligi Hotel
Comments: Hampi is a city that beckons everyone. I decided to visit Hampi and decided to book a hotel room once I visit the website of any hotel. I came upon Malligi and the website looked good and the rooms displayed also looked good. I took down the phone number and decided to ask for the rates and it was a little expensive considering we stayed in the new building which has AC rooms. For Rs. 1500 we got a 2 bed-room with AC. Decent for the price I felt.

The rooms were really good, the service was also good. Food was also good. The main intention was to visit Hampi which is about 12 kms from the hotel so did not stay too long here. The hotel suggested a guide to Hampi since there might be swindlers if we hire a guide in Hampi city, and man, was he good... He was great infact. All history in detail, neither too much nor too little. Since we had to complete this in a day, he showed us important places and gave us enough info.
Best Experience: The front office was very courteous and the best part was we left in the morning and came back by night and we didnt even had to tell them our room number!!! He just handed over the keys as soon as we reached the desk. That was one surprise for me.

The overall experience was good. the hotel being conveniently located near the railway station, serving the best food in town, asthetically designed, gives a great value addition to the whole Hampi tour. After tiering day exploring the ruins of Hampi, you can be rest assured to return to a cozy hospitality....

Hotel Review of Malligi Hotel
Hampi was an awesome experience. The ruins are well maintained , very clean & not crowded with littering tourists like most other tourist places.- a real sight seeing pleasure minus the noise & crowds. The guide available at the site was polite & well informed too....
