It was a trip with our family and had an awesome time spend there. Good room, nice ambiance and tasty food served there. Kids really enjoyed with the amenities there like the zoo, play area and swimming pool. Evening and early morning was really fantastic with fog all over and also good view from the viewpoint at the top.

Hotel is enclosed to markets, malls and temples. The appearance of the hotel was excellent and the staff were professional and friendly. Food at the hotel was worthy. It was a family trip and it is value for money. Hotel organised many activities and there was no view seen from the hotel. No delay found in check-in and check-out procedures.

The hotel is very good to stay with family and we had stayed here for three days. The location was good and convenient to travel. The appearance of the hotel was fine and staff members were helpful and courteous. The room given was not so spacious but maintained cleanly with all the basic amenities. There was delay during check-in since it was pre-booked and check-out was done quickly. The destination is very good and hotel was comfortable for lodging.

A very good location, and a decent hotel. Service can be better. Overall, a good holiday. The pool can be better. I will definitely suggest this location to other travellers for relaxation. It is short distance from Bangalore as well. Was extremely disappointed with the corkage charged.

Wonderful tourist place this is but this property were we stayed in was really disappointing. Such a nice tourist spot but has a very less options to stay. So seriously could have improved and made Mullah in the opportunity but it was totally opposite. Experience is really pathetic like very careless service, terrible food, room condition also not so well maintained. No one cared about whatís happening around. Highly not recommended this property but the destination is worth a visit to enjoy..

They provided lunch with more varieties, the quality and taste of the food was very delicious. Good resort, but there was no staff service. Amazing location and there was a huge parking space facility. Hotel look was an old building and room was average but it was spacious, neat and comfortable with basic amenities. Hotel appearance was very good, but the interior was not good and there was well-maintained swimming pool and spa facility nearby this hotel. They should renovate the building and they should provide good staff service. I went here for relaxation in June 2013.

I did online booking. Check-in and check-out was done smoothly. I tried South Indian food and it was not that good it was okay. Only swimming pool was there. No indoor games were provided by them. Room was average with AC, TV, etc. Bed sheets, washroom, cover or everything was neat and clean there. Behaviour of the staff was good. Hotel was located on the top. There was no difficulty in reaching this resort. Ambience like decoration, maintenance, interior, etc. was average, not that good. It was value for money hotel. Destination was very good. Location wise, it was very good. Appearance wise, it was average. Booking and front office facilities were good. Food and drink was also good. Room was average. Overall services were good. Activities were below average. I went there with my friends.

I and my family in the month of May 2014 decided to go on a holiday which included places spiritual importance such as Tirumala Tirupati and also recreational places such as Horsley hills and Talakona waterfalls and some other places. I have booked two deluxe suites at Haritha Hill Resort but when I reached there I was offered normal suits and had to take the excess money back. We reached there at around three and went in to our allocated rooms and the epic moments start from here. There was no water at all in the wash rooms which posed a great problem to all of us. Then after an hour, just about to feel free and fresh, we had power cut for two hours, so no water and no power supply. The response from the staff was also a big pain in nose, there were only two people and one of them was not at all responding properly. The other guy was a little helpful and got us a 20 liter can of water to use and some water to drink. The food was not so good but not so bad also but it was costly enough to make your wallet a little thinner. The major problem we faced was with beetles, yes there were hundreds of beetles here and there and I literally mean hundreds of them can you imagine yourself being surrounded by hundreds of them and some sitting on your heads, some crawling on your face, hands and other parts of your body. We came out of such creepy situation on our own and we had no help from the hotel management. It was a difficult situation for me and my family to come out and cope up with the rest of our holiday and yes you have only one restaurant there and one swimming pool in which not only you but other creatures like frogs, fishes and tadpoles were enjoying and the zoo there was a pretty good one and now itís your turn to experience it.

Hotel was not bad and not good. Hotel location was not good. Daily cleaning was not done there. I complained this to manager but nobody comes there. Atmosphere was nice. Rooms were also not good. They charged Rs. 3000 per day of one room that was not reasonable. Bathroom was not neat and clean. Rooms were not well maintained and well clean. Inner and outer look of the hotel was not up to the mark. Swimming pool was okay. Check in and check-out was okay. I took my food in the hotel and it was okay. Services were delayed.
