This
is the birthplace of Guru Govind Singh, great Sikh Guru. The shrine showcases
many personal belongings and scriptures of this tenth Guru. This is also believed
to be the holiest of Sikh shrines. This was originally built by Maharaja Ranjit
Singh, a ruler of Patna.
It is located in the Chowk area of old Patna.
This beautiful structure is built in white marbles, with kiosks on the
terraces;it is considered the second most
important shrine for the Sikhs
