Hathi Bhata, situated 22 km away from the Tonk City, has been carved out of a single stone, in the shape of an elephant. The monument was constructed in 1200 by Ram Nath Slat, during the reign of Sawai Ram Singh. The inscription on the monument tells the story of Raja Nal and Damayanti.
