Overall experience was good. The climate was excellent but it was raining which made it more beatiful. Its an excellent place to visit

it was our last hotel stay on sikkim tour,and boy it was worth it!! The resort inspite of being in gangtok is away from the hustle n bustle of the city...a perfect place to unwind yourself

About Hidden Forest Retreat

The Hidden Forest Retreat is located at a distance of 2 km from the city centre of Gangtok. It is situated at an altitude of 4500 feet above sea level. The retreat is very famous for its flower nursery with many varieties of flowers and orchids. It is spread over three acres of lush garden with all kinds of trees, bamboos, ferns, flowers, shrubs, lilies and orchids.

Rooms & Amenities

The Hidden Forest Retreat offers 12 Double Rooms. All rooms have wooden flooring and the walls are done up with flat stone works. The sit out verandah provides good views of the Gangtok town. Meals are provided by the home kitchen. They offer Chaang, a local alcoholic beverage made from millet.
