overall experience was just above average but not good.The location of the hotel was awesome.Room was good.But the food option and a 5 star hotel without a bar was really sad.

Staff were very friendly and service was really good. Breakfast should be served a little early. Rooms and room facility was all fine. Ooty is an excellent place. I liked the rooms, very comfortable. The Hotel is convenient to reach too. More

There were lot of issues with the staff. Service was very bad. Room facilities were good. Rooms were comfortable. They should hire some staff who are trained and knows how to deal with the customers. Attitude of the staff was just pathetic. More

Location of the hotel is very good,. Service was prompt. Food is good. Rooms were comfortable. Only issue is hot water is not supplied for 24 hrs. Otherwise everything else was fine. More
