It is a good place to stay for young people. The rooms were clean and nicely done and but service was not that good.

This hotel is just walking distance from Bus stand. Location is good. room provided was not up to mark. Bath room had water logging. Same was complained but remained un-attendend.Food was very costly & not tasty.

"This place lacks professionalism "

Worst hotel ever experienced..pathetic staff and room.service was 3rd class, no one bothered while you were there, no professionalism. its a good hotel that was promised by make my trip, lairs they are.I would rate it 1 out of 10.

" The services offered and the ambiance of the hotel was good"

The services offered and the ambiance of the hotel was good as compare to other hotels however the only drawback is the location of the hotel as its opposite the Tibetan market and all the nice restaurants of Nainital.

"Well maintained room"

maintenance and service is very good. the staff are very helpful. rooms are also well maintained. the food is costly compared to the hotel. Hot water is not always available and the staff has to be reminded again and again for hot water. More
