Nice....staying at the top of the hotel, room well decorated with a minimum price, its overall a great experience.....

The experience was simply Excellent. If you are searching for a home away from the home, this is the perfect place. It is slightly away from the main market that makes it more calm and peaceful. The staffs are excellent and the food.

Location was good. Tidy rooms and the services were good too. We were obliged by the hotel staff. Only thing to improve is meal as they should have provisions for Indian Veg food. I will award full marks to Gangtok. More

Trip organised by Mr Bishnu Raul is very good. Overall trip is very nice and place is very good for short duration.

Himalayan Retreat Hotel was opened to guests in 2004, located in District Court Road, near Paljar Stadium. The hotel is 140 kms away from Bagdogra Airport. The nearest railhead is New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, which is 140 kms away. The nearest Bus station is in Sikkim and it is 0.5 kms away. The hotel is situated 9 kms away from Tashi View Hill Point, 10 kms from Rumtek Monastry, 38 kms from Tsongo Lake and 52 kms from Nathula.
