It is far away from Munnar town and no banners/boards indicating the location of the resort for tourists coming from Tamilnadu side and also from Munnar town. During winter, Room heater was to be provided to guests. There should be another enclosure or portico before entering the main hall as the weather during winter time is very cold, chilly and unbearable if guests are exposed directly when the main door is opened for any of their needs during night hours. In the Resort, tube light was not functioning and when it was reported, no arrangements were made. Cloth hanger is broken and was unusable and not replaced. Room heater was not provided even after request made at the time of checking in as it was winter time and very cold night.
