I was uncomfortable as the rooms were hot and stuffy,food was not good.There was no one from the management available to solve our problems.Later i learnt the owners live on the premises but where???

The hotel is in good location, near to major points, rooms are nice and clean. Taste of food is good. There is no such office present no resception in hotel.

It was good for having family. It good if you have own car as it located in Old Mahabaleshwar. I will recommend stay at this hotel only if you have own car otherwise the hiring a taxi at each time wil be costlier for you.
