I had been to Munnar in the month of November 2016 and stayed in this hotel. The destination and location of the hotel was excellent. The appearance of the hotel was excellent internally and externally. There was no delay in check in and checkout. The service in the hotel was excellent. The room allotted to us was maintained excellent with all amenities working properly. The food served in the hotel was excellent in quality and taste. There were activities in the hotel.
The hotel was located in the city. The ambience of the hotel was beautiful. The provided room was clean and neat. The Wi-Fi connection was available in the room. The food price was reasonable. The activity was not conducted by the hotel. The best part of the hotel was service. I was satisfied with this hotel stay. I had visited this hotel with my family.

There was one night halt thats why we did not need a service but it was nice room to stay there .. Overall we liked it. It was good feel to stay there ... And there food also we liked it ... Thanks for the good hotel and services. There staff was good in services. 2e did not feel unsecured about anything. Good.
Location is long away from Munnar. Hotel is not clean, toilet and bathroom taps was not working, geysar was also not working and food was not of good quality. We cannot differentiate vegetarian/non veg food. Amenities are not available and I will not advice this hotel to anyone, although staff was cooperative.
It was a memorable family trip to munnar during Christmas vacations. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Hotel is little distant from Munnar town and there were no options for food in nearby area. Kindly do not try at the only restaurant "Patel Restaurant" which serves north Indian dishes. It was the most expensive and tasteless dine we had during the whole trip. Food was available at hotel but, most of the options (listed in menu) were not available, Overall it can be considered as an option for budget hotel. If you want to stay in this hotel, ask for the room with balcony.
The hotel is just 5 km from Munnar, it has just 6 rooms, which are quite big, clean and tidy. From the balcony you can get a beautiful view of the hill valley and the tea gardens. The room service is good and also the food like dal rice, chapati-sabji is very nice. There is no fan or AC in any room as it is always cold over there in every season, room rates are bit high.
Pros 1. Nice location with each sceneries are so near. Food provided is so good. Room is much comfortable that we ll stay so peacefully. Hotel guys are so kind and helpful Cons 1. Less variety of food. 2, Balcony is not so good. 3. Hot water they provided only in morning.
