Ranked 342 of 760 hotels in Udaipur
I visited Udaipur in last month on 8th/9th Dec'15. Where I had found excellent by location, look wise its average. If we talk about service and hospitality, its average or you can say good. People can opt this hotel for staying because its available on affordable prices. Room service is on average. Food facility is not up to the mark. This hotel is still under construction. Need to put lift as soon as possible for guest. One best thing is that I had forgotten to collect my Aadhar Card from hotel reception. When I reached to Jaipur suddenly I felt that I forgotten my ID CARD at Hotel BLUE MOUNTAIN. Then i called to hotel reception and ask for card and given him address of Jaipur hotel. He had couriered my document on said address. So, I would rate him 7 for the responsibility which he had shown for my case. And due to this reason i preferred to visit that hotel once again if time & situation would allow. Thanks to Mr. Rajesh.
The staff’s behaviour was terrible. The room was not good. The food was very bad. Location wise the hotel was bad. Appearance of the hotel was average. The service was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel to others. We didn’t see any activity. The hotel was not value for money.
A while back i got the chance to stay in Hotel Blue Mountain, Udaipur during a holiday trip with group of friends. Its a nice hotel with good view of natural beauty. Rooms are quite clean and comfortable. Staff service is excellent. Food is good too although they provide vegetarian food only. Rates are quite reasonable too.
Location is not that good, but the staff is very helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Service was efficient. All amenities were provided and worked well. Good value for money, service, rooms etc are all according to what we paid. No extra activities in the hotel.
