Hotel C7, Munnar

It was very good atmosphare as we reached the Hotel C7 in Munnar. Welcome drinks, reception layout, staffs behaviour, Hotel surroundings, all these made me refresh and all my tieredness was gone. The location is very good, tea gardens on the backside, flower gardens and Noice free area are the things that makes one refresh while stying there. We didn\'t get get any problem while checking in or checking out of the hotel. Service staff was good. Food was also very good.

Best Experience: Welcome by the staff while we enterred the hotel.

Worst Experience: no

The hotel was not so bad but the staffs especially the house keeping staffs were dangerous.

Worst Experience: When we finished checking out and filled-in good words in their comment form in the morning at about 09:00 AM, 2 housekeeping boys appeared with 2 towls smeared with brown colour patches like mehendi colour all over claiming that the towels were recovered from one of our rooms (we had 3 rooms) where 3 ladies - 2 aged 50 and 1 aged 66 were staying. Previous day whole day we were out from the morning for site seeing so there was no question of doing mehendi by those aged ladies. Moreover due to cold at 10 degC we were hardy bathing. The hotel boys forced us to pay Rs 400/- for cleaning the towel(?) & released us for boarding our vehicle. I think they preserve these 2 towels with them and cheat the tourists regurlarly as and when they want to. The front office staffs were all along dumb spectators.
